We book you a real, in-person listing appointment with the seller. No shared internet leads, no cold numbers to chase — a scheduled sit-down with a homeowner who's expecting you.

Sellers meet up to 5 agents and choose the one they like best. Appointments are spread round-robin, so everyone gets a fair shot. Show up prepared, make your case, and take the listing.

Both fees apply — $299 books the appointment, $699 when the seller signs with you. That's it. No monthly minimum, no cut of your commission.

A separate program you can opt into. Pool your ad budget with other realtors — we run the seller campaigns on Meta and Google, and pool members exclusively receive the leads those ads bring in.

Am I competing with other agents for the same seller?

Yes — and that's a feature, not a catch. A seller willing to sit through 5 listing appointments is serious about selling. You know exactly what you're walking into: pitch well and the listing is yours. Appointments are distributed round-robin, so no agent gets buried.

What if the seller doesn't show up?

We replace the appointment free of charge. If a seller no-shows or turns out to be unqualified, you don't eat the cost — we book you another one.

Do you take a cut of my commission?

Never. We charge flat fees — $299 per appointment, $699 per signed listing agreement — and we will never ask for compensation at closing. Your commission is yours.

What areas do you cover?

Right now this is available to realtors who service South Florida — everything between Broward County and Homestead. If that's your market, book a call.

How does the ad pool work?

The ad pool is a separate program you can opt into — it's not required. Members contribute a monthly ad budget (most spend $300–$900), we combine it and run seller campaigns, and only pool members receive the leads those ads bring in. The more you contribute, the larger your share of the pool. Per-appointment and signed-listing fees still apply on the appointments you take.
